Where do Manufacturer Refurbished products come from?
Manufacturer refurbished items are often returned by a customer or previously opened products that have been cleaned, and restored to a like new functional condition.

What if my order was damaged during shipment?
Please Contact Us via email for any shipment issues within 7 days of your order receipt.

How do I cancel an order?
Orders are sent almost immediately after payment is processed (with the exception of weekends and non-
business days), so it can sometimes be difficult to cancel. Please Contact Us and we will try our best to help.  You can also call us at 973-664-0700 ext. 4 to resolve issues quicker.

What is included with a Refurbished Desktop?
A Keyboard, Mouse, and Power Cord are all included.  We also include information on your warranty (if applicable) and some other packaging information.

What is included with a Refurbished Laptop?
An Adapter and a Battery are included with all Refurbished Laptops unless specified*.
